Visitors to our webshop have the right to file a complaint. This can be done with us (see the contact details under the 'Contact' button). Additionally, a complaint can also be filed with the Data Protection Authority.

Types and Purposes of Data Used

The personal data provided by the customer (name, address, email addresses, and phone numbers) are used for processing an order, registering customers, sending our own mailings, and managing the loyalty points system.

Retention Period

We retain customer data for the purpose of processing orders. Additionally, we keep the data as long as necessary to comply with legal regulations, such as those required by the Tax Office. Furthermore, we retain the data as long as needed for warranty periods of purchased products.

We do not use cookies.

Newsletters

Newsletters are only sent based on customer subscriptions.

Access and Correction

Our customers have the right to access, modify, completely delete, or receive their data. A request can be made through the channels indicated under the 'Contact' button. Deletion is only permitted if the data is no longer relevant within the context of legal retention periods.

Provision of Data to Third Parties

Data entered during the placement of an order or sending a message is processed by CCV Shop. CCV Shop is the technical manager of our webshop. CCV Shop ensures a level of security appropriate to the data being processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used by default.
