Experiences with Dr. Lee's progesterone cream and side effects

Experiences with Dr. Lee's Progesterone Cream

Dr. Lee's Progesterall is no longer sold (Dr. Lee is the founder of progesterone cream). According to the seller, Organic Excellence's Feminine Balance Therapy is the best replacement. This is because this cream is made exactly according to Dr. Lee's recipe. It also contains other supportive and completely natural ingredients. You could almost eat it. This is why we import the cream from the USA. We couldn't find a product in the Netherlands that is just as good. We hear the same feedback from our customers.

Women often ask in emails if it is dangerous to apply progesterone cream, what the side effects are, and especially how long it takes to see results. In this blog, we will address these questions.

Is It Dangerous to Apply Progesterone Cream?

Our cream is bio-identical. This means it is identical to the progesterone our own body produces. Therefore, there cannot be any side effects because our own progesterone or estrogen also doesn't have side effects.

All the side effects you read about on the internet always refer to conventional hormone therapy, which consists wholly or partly of chemical ingredients. Your body can't really use them; the ingredients are too harmful. Sometimes you have no choice but to take medication for one reason or another. Otherwise, you might literally die or be severely ill. But there is a price to pay for conventional medication. There are always side effects, and sometimes they are quite severe. Take something like prednisone, but also antibiotics. Afterwards, your body is usually quite out of balance and needs to recover from the damage the medication has caused. And again, sometimes you have no choice and must do it. But in the case of hormone imbalance, there is an alternative. An alternative without side effects. I receive many questions from women who are desperate because they take medication to balance their hormones but suffer from the side effects.

So Is It Dangerous to Apply Progesterone Cream?

Absolutely not. If you are unsure about the balance or imbalance of your hormones, do a test first. Have it measured. Most women, however, apply based on symptoms. If you have PMS, you don't need to measure to know you have estrogen dominance and a progesterone deficiency.

Applying progesterone cream can't do any harm, but always listen to your body. It may take a while (more on that later), but applying means your hormones will come into balance. Complaints will disappear or at least be greatly reduced. When you have been applying for a year or longer, there will come a time when you feel you need to apply less. Or stop for a few months. I myself regularly stop for a few months and then feel when I need to start applying again. Then I apply once a day for a while. That is usually enough.

Can You Apply Too Much Progesterone Cream?

If you stick to applying a small pump twice a day (together ¼ teaspoon), then no. There are customers who really exaggerate with the amount. Twice a day a teaspoon or two large pumps. I understand why. Years of complaints can drive you to despair, and you want to get rid of it as quickly as possible. Applying a lot is not the solution. Applying a little and being consistent is the key. Twice a day, a very small amount. Less is more, and perseverance wins. Only in the case of postpartum depression does it make sense to apply a lot. But then under the guidance of a therapist or doctor.

How Do You Know If You Are Applying Too Much Progesterone Cream?

What usually happens when you apply too much is that the complaints go away quickly at first. You notice a difference immediately. But after about a month, you will notice the complaints increasing again. It's going too fast. You are applying faster than your body can handle. When that happens, it is best not to stop completely. Stopping all at once is too much of a transition, from applying a lot to not applying at all. My advice is to then apply â…› teaspoon once a day. And follow the normal stop days. Then your body will quickly come back into balance, and you will notice the complaints disappearing.

How Long Does It Take for Progesterone Cream to Work?

What can happen is that when you start applying, you may first experience more complaints. Hormones that are coming back into balance can behave strangely. Try not to pay too much attention to it. Don't worry. It will go away, and then you will feel much better.

How long does it take for your complaints to disappear? From a few days to a few months. Your body does it at its own pace, and that pace depends on many factors. My advice is always to keep applying and know internally that you are on the right track. And yes, I know it is very difficult when you start applying because you want to get rid of something, and it initially gets worse. Terrible. You can hardly handle it. But if you want to get rid of your complaints permanently, persistence is the only option.

How quickly it works depends on many factors. Your age, how long you have had complaints, what complaints you have, whether the complaints have caused other health problems. What is your genetic background? Did or does your mother also have many complaints? Your weight and diet are important. What is the status of your other hormones? If, for example, you also have a lot of stress and your adrenal glands have suffered from it, it all takes longer. Is there insulin resistance or thyroid problems? How sensitive is your body? How many toxins are in your body? What is the condition of your liver, kidneys, and intestines?

Don't give up. Don't think, "This isn't working either, I'm stopping." Don't do that, and keep applying. Also, don't apply less.
